Product Description
Industrial Blast Room and Paint Booth Systems have been designed for an efficient painting of enclosures without the problem of dust and over spray on the surfaces. It works in two parts: blast room applications, such as descaling, de-rusting, deburring, and surface preparation before thermal spray and painting, and painting of the enclosure. The operator of the blast room gets inside the room during the blasting process with adequate protective gears and also with adequate fresh supply of air. The blast room system is ideal for cleaning steel structures, such as excavator and crane parts, beams, wind turbines tower sections, etc. Once the surface is prepared, the paint booth system is employed to paint while isolating dust and dirt and controlling over spray and formation of solvent vapor.
