Product Description

Indexing Hanger Type Shot Peening Machine is ideal for aerospace and automotive industries for shot peening of components like gear shafts, big gears, axles, crankshafts, and various others. The machine has a shot peening intensity of 0.7mm on ‘A’ Almen Strips which is attained in 3 minute cycle. The entire cabinet and hanger are manufactured using manganese steel to ensure protection from abrasion and wear. The machine is ideal for a hanger drum of Size ᴓ 400mmx1200mm. It features four Mn hangers provided on an Indexing Hanger Module of ᴓ 1500mm. One hanger is at the loading and unloading station while the hanger opposite to it is the shot peening station. The other two are idle and air wash stations. Indexing Hanger Type Shot Peening Machine has been provided with a programmed recipe by which the operators can select the recipe number and all the preset parameters, such as Hanger rpm, BW Speed, and Peening Time will be auto-selected.
