We are designing and manufacturing an efficient Rotary Shotcrete Machine that works on a dry mix principle. In this machine, the material is supplied into the feeding hopper from where it falls into the chamber of the revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in a nonstop process to the air chamber. From the chamber, it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the spraying nozzle, and the area of application respectively. At the end of the conveying nozzle, water is added to the dry concrete in the nozzle. The Rotary Shotcrete Machine is operated by an electric motor.
